About Us
Kurdistan Flood Emergency Aid is an individual-led humanitarian initiative responding to the December 2025 floods in Iraqi Kurdistan. We are not a registered nonprofit or NGO—we are volunteers who came together to help families in crisis.
Our Approach
This initiative was created in direct response to the severe flash floods that struck the Kurdistan Region of Iraq beginning December 9, 2025.
Donations are processed securely through established payment platforms. Funds are used for direct relief purchases—clean water, food, shelter materials, heating supplies, and medical assistance—and distributed through trusted local partners on the ground.
We share regular public updates showing exactly how funds are used, with photos, receipts, and detailed breakdowns. Complete transparency is our commitment.
Every person working on this initiative donates their time. No salaries. No administrative overhead.
Donations are handled through trusted, secure payment platforms with standard protections.
Regular updates with photos, receipts, and expense breakdowns. Full transparency for every donation.
What We Stand For
We only share verified information. No exaggeration. No sensationalism.
Every expense is documented and shared publicly.
We serve with respect for those we help, not pity.
We are clear about who we are and how funds are used.
This is an individual-led humanitarian initiative. We are not a registered nonprofit, foundation, or government-backed organization.
Donations support direct relief efforts in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. We work with trusted local partners to purchase and distribute aid supplies.
If you have questions about how your donation will be used, please contact us before giving. We are committed to honest, transparent communication.
Every contribution goes directly to relief efforts for families affected by the floods.
